Legacy Systems took over working on our IBM i system from our previous programmer who had suddenly passed away.  We were three quarters of the way through upgrading and modernising our complete system when Legacy Systems took over and they quickly brought themselves up to speed and managed to take over and complete the project over the last few years. 

Legacy Systems have made a number of contributions that have improved usability and efficiency in a number of our applications, including order processing and customer management, stock control/warehousing and financial reporting.

They were tasked with building a comprehensive management system for our insurance brokerage, this included a Sales Processing System, and modules for Fleet, Claims Management and CRM. 

The key for all software development programmes is to have a clear understanding of your final destination before you start; if you keep moving the goal posts, your project will run over time and cost. With that caveat, Legacy Systems brought our project (and all the additional subsequent additions) in on time and within budget. When I was unclear about what the system should do, they came back with questions. They also came back with a number of important recommendations to improve our system.
