The Solution
We commenced immediately, with a cut-down "discovery" phase and an initial brief to complete some critical functions that were unfinished.
We quickly got to grips with the bespoke RPGII and RPGIV system and worked hard to limit any impact on business operations.
We now provide support and development with a fixed number of hours per month, performed by one senior Legacy Systems consultant backed-up by a second layer of resourcing.
